Max I. Walker Uniform Rental Service announces that it has acquired Carriage Motors of Beatrice, Nebraska as a new automotive dealership customer. Sales Consultant Jeremy Webster called on the dealership to learn about their uniform rental and facility services needs, and was able to earn the company's business after presenting information about Max I. Walker and how local vs. national uniform providers compare.
Carriage Motors was contracted with a national uniform services provider, but made the switch to Max I. Walker Uniform Rental Service in March of 2019. Service Manager Randy Norris shared that the reason for the switch was the previous uniforms provider had increased their prices by 35% since the start of their contract. Max I. Walker guarantees a maximum of one price review annually, with no more than a 5% price increase per year in most cases. Randy also said he was promised regular visits from the manager out of Topeka, which never happened. Mona Eggerling, Customer Service Representative, visits all Walker Uniform Rental customers once per quarter.
Carriage values that Max I. Walker is a family owned business that is locally operated, and that they can easily get a live person on the phone when they have questions or concerns.
The weekly deliveries will be serviced by Route Service Representative Troy Lanham. Troy will deliver clean auto mechanic's uniforms and shop towels and window towels for 6 employees, and replace the hand soap in the facility restrooms as necessary.
