Max I. Walker Uniform Rental Service announces that it has acquired Smart Repair of Omaha, Nebraska as a new uniform rental services customer. Sales Consultant Tom Brouwer worked with representatives at the truck and trailer repair business to discover their needs for uniform items and shop towels. Once Brouwer shared information about Max I. Walker and how local vs. national uniform providers compare with Pat Smart, Sr., the owner of Smart Repair, he was able to successfully win the business' uniform rental and facility services business.
Previously, Smart Repair used a well-known nationwide uniform services provider, but made the switch to Max I. Walker Uniform Rental Service, which is family owned and locally operated, in June 2019. They heard about Max I. Walker through word of mouth.
"I liked my driver from [previous supplier] but I didn't like the way my prices kept going up. Max I. Walker is competitive with pricing and they've got a good reputation for being fair," said Smart, Sr.
The weekly deliveries are serviced by Route Service Representative Chad Smith. Scot delivers clean work shirts, work pants, jackets, and shop towels each week to 5 employees.
