We have been getting our mats at Boone Brothers Roofing, from Max I. Walker for about 13 years now, after dealing with a less than stellar company who would deliver soaking wet mats - which was major slip hazard. Chad always makes sure we are taken care of and he is very personable. Mona stops in and checks on us from time to time to make sure we are satisfied. I know I can count on them to make sure we are happy and getting the highest quality customer service possible! I always recommend Max I. Walker to other businesses, knowing they won't be disappointed!

To all other customers. If you do not have Russ Flott servicing you, you need to call Max I. Walker and let them know you are not getting the best service out there. Russ is one in a million. If you need it he will go over the top making sure you have what you need. And if you are already lucky enough to have Russ, please contact MaxI and let them know they are underpaying Russ and they need to give him a raise. He deserves to have the Mac and Cheese with his cowboy beans!!!!!

It has been a pleasure doing business with Max I Walker over the years. Our weekly service is excellent. The driver John is very friendly, Curtis our account contact is very responsive to our needs and Mona is great! She always comes to talk about our needs and inform us of new things going on. When we opened our new business we tried a different uniform company. We couldn't wait to change over to Max I Walker. Our one request was to have Bill Beiriger be our route representative. I knew Bill from previous jobs and knew he was excellent at his job. Bill takes care of any problems right away and follows up to make sure things have been taken care of.

Russ Flott has provided us with great service for a number of years now. I don't know why Max I. Walker even has a sales representative because if I have any issue I let Russ know, he deals with it when our sales rep. Mona never follows through and doesn't even remember what the problem is.

Allen P does a great job. He has been working with us for a while so he anticipates our needs, which is great! No waiting of item we need on delivery day. He knows the employees and keep everyone clothed and the mats clean. We probably don't tell him this enough but, Well Done Allen!

The company i work for left Max I walker for a competitor and soon found out it was a bad idea. We are back now and Kevin our route driver does a wonderful job. He always takes care of all our repairs timely and and is genuinely a pleasure to have servicing our account.
